Description
The rank insignias of the army of the Kingdom of Cambria (OTL Wales), better known by its native name of "Kemr" in the Ill Bethisad timeline.
The idea behind these and the IB insignias of England and Scotland was to have insignias that felt British from an OTL point of view yet be 3 distinct system that had evolved separately.
This one is based on OTL Royal Navy for officers with chevrons used for enlisted to continues the simple lines motif.
Also note note variations used by other organisations in the kingdom.
In the IB universe, Kemr has clans as part of its social structure hence their presence here. The actual colours used for the stripe is based on the clan colours. Although some of the rank they use have military undertone, they currently represent the relative position of a person within the clan

I've always loved your artworks developed for Ill Bethisad, and this one is no exception. 
I think the people of Kemr and the other two FKs could be rightfully proud having such tastefully designed army ranks. :-)
